These Modern 7P Oak Flush Doors are part of a growing range of heavyweight Oak fire doors which are manufactured to the highest standards, giving the tradesman great prices, and real tradesman level quality - with the extra large 20mm lippings all round, solid core, and finely sanded finish, ready for final finishing on site. These stylish 7P Oak Doors have modern V grooves machined into real hardwood, and are veneered with Quarter cut horizontally laid panels and vertically laid Quarter cut veneers onto the stiles which gives a real consistency of grain pattern. Ready for final finishing on site when they arrive with a quality Wax Oil which will accentuate the real beauty of the oak, these doors are great, quality, and on our website at lowest market prices.
Fire Doors (FD30 fire rated doors) are doors which are suitable for use in homes or light commercial use. All Express Doors fire doors are 44mm thick and can prevent the passage of fire and smoke for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Local authorities recommend that fire doors be positioned between garages and kitchens and/or between kitchens and other rooms. They are also a necessity where risks of fire may be higher and to protect stairwells and hallways in commercial properties such as B&B's.
