Bullet Latch Pack

The Modena Matt Bronze Bullet Handle Pack brings a warm, crafted feel to modern interiors. The Modena lever has a square-section neck that turns at a sharp right angle into a round grip with a fine diamond-knurled pattern. The textured grip is secure and comfortable to hold, and it brings out the subtle tonal depth of the matt bronze finish. It sits on a matching round rose, and the combination of an industrial shape with a warm, aged tone suits mid-century, Art Deco inspired and contemporary heritage interiors as well as modern homes.

Every Modena pack uses a bullet latch rather than a traditional mortice latch. The bullet latch has a round faceplate that fits into a drilled hole in the edge of the door, so there is no rectangular recess to chisel out. Fitting is quicker and cleaner as a result, which makes it a good choice for DIY installs and for updating every door in a property. Each pack includes the pair of Modena lever handles, a matt bronze strike plate with latch keep and three matching matt bronze ball bearing hinges, so every visible part of the door hardware matches.

The Modena Matt Bronze Bullet Handle Pack is available in three versions. The Bullet Latch Pack suits internal doors that do not need to lock, such as sitting rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and hallways, and includes a bullet latch with 3no. 3" (76mm) matt bronze butt hinges. The Bullet Bathroom Pack suits bathrooms, en suites, cloakrooms and WCs, and includes a privacy bullet latch, a privacy turn on the inside rose and a split spindle so the door can be locked from inside, together with 3no. 3" (76mm) matt bronze butt hinges. The FD30 Bullet Latch Pack suits FD30 fire doors, and includes a bullet latch with 3no. 4" (102mm) matt bronze fire rated hinges, so fire doors can share the same warm finish as the rest of the home.

Matt bronze is a rich, characterful finish that sits beautifully on oak, walnut and other natural wood doors. It also stands out against white primed, cream and painted doors, and looks especially striking on deep greens, blues and other heritage colours. The matt surface has a soft, low-sheen look that hides fingerprints well and works alongside brass and bronze lighting, taps and cabinet hardware.
