These solid core oak internal fire doors are part of a range of Pre-Finished doors, with the Prefinished Regency 4 Panel standard 35mm offering, and Richmond Oak Glazed Internal doors making up the suite. Choose from the wide range of sizes we have to allow you to fill every opening in your home. These Regency Oak 4P Prefinished fire doors are designed and manufactured to meet the latest UK Building Regulations with their FD30 rating, in preventing the spread of fire for a minimum 30 minutes.
Fire Doors (FD30 fire rated doors) are doors which are suitable for use in homes or light commercial use. All Express Doors fire doors are 44mm thick and can prevent the passage of fire and smoke for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Local authorities recommend that fire doors be positioned between garages and kitchens and/or between kitchens and other rooms. They are also a necessity where risks of fire may be higher and to protect stairwells and hallways in commercial properties such as B&B's.
