"Very disappointing experience. All the doors arrived damaged on the corners and some were scratched. When I asked for replacements or a discount, they refused because I hadn’t reported the damage within 48 hours. The delivery service was also poor — they didn’t answer the phone and arranged delivery for a day that suited them, without considering my availability. Poor customer service and no solution offered. I would not recommend this company."
"The doors were exactly as described. A quick response to my query about sizes and prompt delivery. I would buy again."
"I took a long time researching for prefinished doors to be installed by our carpenter. These were by far the best value and the excellent company reviews helped in our decision to purchase the Suffolk White. I was also determined to have a quality V groove rather than a cheap looking plastic veneer U groove. These doors really fit the bill and my carpenter was impressed by the quality. They are a good weight and paying a little more for the prefinish has taken alot of stress away because we only need to touch up the edges where the doors were trimmed. So far we have had 4 doors fitted and can't wait for the rest of the house to be done. It's always a gamble when choosing products online but we are extremely happy with our new doors. Also Climadoor have the best delivery process with constant and friendly updates, the ability to message the driver direct and a high quality tracking system. Thank you for making our purchase so stress free. 5* Highly Recommended"
"The delivery date that I had was changed the day before due to some error in allocation. The day the doors arrived the driver went out of his way and carried the doors one by one to put them in my garage because the pallet was too big to come through my driveway. Fab service!"
"The doors are all very good quality but when they arrived I thought I had ordered the wrong doors. They looked nice so installed them then realised that one of the doors was different which was the door I originally thought I ordered."
"Delivered as promised, the door is heavy and solidly made. Far better than many lightweight doors on the market. Very pleased with it."
"Nice doors, we bought the primed ones and hung them as is, nice white finish. Fast, reliable delivery. Good amount of trimmable edge, which we needed. Better price than elsewhere. Would recommend."
"I have not yet had the doors fitted yet, but i have checked them , and i'm very pleased with every aspect of them, they look very modern and will look great in my house, many thanks to a excellent service ."
"Doors look smart, are of good quality and have brightened the flat up."
"Great quality door"

Designed exclusively by Climadoor, this door conceals a high-performance MGO sandwich core beneath its durable face. That internal strength gives it FD30 fire resistance while keeping the thickness to a modest 35mm, ideal for settings where standard 44mm fire doors can’t be accommodated. As a result, it’s a smart choice for projects working within legacy frameworks or more compact structural openings.
This version comes prefinished in crisp white, ready to install as-is or paint in your preferred shade. It’s an elegant and versatile solution for those who refuse to compromise on safety or style.
Standard fire doors often come in at 44mm thick, but this Suffolk model is specifically crafted at 35mm. That slimmer build makes it perfectly suited for homes with narrower linings, without sacrificing protection. This door delivers FD30 fire resistance for up to 30 minutes, offering vital reassurance in shared homes, rentals, or anywhere extra security is key.
This fire-rated option sits neatly alongside other doors in the Suffolk collection. Whether you’re pairing it with glazed variants for hallways or non-fire rated versions for less critical areas, the design remains a constant. From 35mm internal styles to 40mm alternatives, the Suffolk range delivers timeless lines and adaptable finishes for every room in your renovation.
Fire Doors (FD30 fire rated doors) are doors which are suitable for use in homes or light commercial use. All Express Doors fire doors are 44mm thick and can prevent the passage of fire and smoke for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Local authorities recommend that fire doors be positioned between garages and kitchens and/or between kitchens and other rooms. They are also a necessity where risks of fire may be higher and to protect stairwells and hallways in commercial properties such as B&B's.
