The Ely Oak Pre-Finished PAS24 Flat Entrance from Deanta has stood the test of time, and has become a really popular option for many UK shared accommodation and HMOs alike.

This popular Oak factory finished Door design has stood the test of time, and combines the traditional style of an Oak boarded door, whilst being designed as an shallow square grooves to allow it to be matches to modern shaker style apartment interiors. The natural timber in the panels demonstrates the quality appearance of the oak grain and will act as a show piece entrance to an apartment. With a solid engineered core, it delivers a superior performance for sound insulation and heat retention.

This set's anti-snap, bump, pick, pull, drill and screw 3* high-security lock cylinder and Wink Haus AV2 3 point multi-point lock ensures that the whole set satisfies PAS 24: 2016 and BS6375 parts 2 and 3 covering Approved Document Q. Fire and smoke tested and certified under a BM Trada UKAS certificate, this set's certificate covers EN1634-1:2014 for fire and EN1634-3: 2004 for smoke leakage, providing the full FD30S solution. Having also been acoustic tested to 32db these sets also exceed the requirements of Approved Document E for sound insulation.

Available in a vast array of sizes to ensure a close match to virtually any opening, this door supplied prefinished in a clear satin factory-applied lacquer with its sapele hardwood frame supplied primed, ready for you to apply your top-coat of choice.

These doorsets are supplied pre-hung, with lock, keeps, white intumescent and smoke seals, automatic drop down seal, as well as the spy-viewer all pre-fitted, with only the handles and overhead door closer to fit on-site meaning installation per-doorset takes on average around 20 minutes (not including decoration time). Perfect for renovations, retro-fits and large scale projects alike.
